Hi! I’m Jung Fitzpatrick 👋🏼

I’m a certified dog trainer and behavioral consultant serving pup parents in Alamo, Danville, Lafayette, & Walnut Creek.

I work 1-on-1 with pup parents, like you, to create a harmonious lifestyle with your fur ball. I have more than 20 years experience as an educator and coach.

I create tailored training plans that respond to your lifestyle and learning in intuitive and practical ways. Together, I work with my clients to change frustrating dog behaviors with effective, positive reinforcement training methods.

Let’s bring out the best in your pup in a responsible, respectful, and FUN manner!

☑️ Loose leash walking

☑️ Mild reactivity and resource guarding

☑️ Cooperative care (grooming and being handled by others)

☑️ Setting your new puppy up for socialization, enrichment, and foundational skills such as crate training, recall, wait, and more!

Cases I refer out

❌ Severe aggression (ie. your dog has a history of biting)

❌ Separation anxiety

Let’s get started

A little about myself…

I always knew I wanted to be a dog momma🐾

Not just any dog mom, but a well-educated and responsible one. So, I began volunteering at the SF SPCA in 2014. There I knew I would learn more about dogs and get my puppy fix while preparing for my future fur baby. What I didn’t know was that I would fall in love with working with dogs as well.

The SF SPCA was my first real dog-training experience and education. I worked with the sweetest, friendliest, cuddliest pups to shut down, fearful, and stressed dogs. I learned how important it was to teach the behaviors I wanted and to train in a positive, punishment-free manner. I also realized that there was so much more to a well-behaved and healthy dog than being able to perform basic cues such as “Sit,” “Down,” and “Come.” I began taking shelter dogs on Doggie Day Dates and fostering them too. Since then, I’ve continued to grow my skills and knowledge as a professional dog trainer.

Fun Facts

  • Cat momma to Una, a gray domestic medium hair tabby we fostered and adopted from the SF SPCA in 2022. I’ve trained her too!

  • I’m a photographer by trade. The photo of the gray kitty is a portrait of our fur baby, Una, that I took in my studio.

  • I have practiced Vipassana meditation since 2014, which has helped me cultivate compassion, empathy, patience, and calm in my work and daily life. My logo is an open lotus flower with a paw in the center, symbolically centering my dog training and business ethos in my longtime practice of Vipassana.

  • When not working with, learning about, or thinking about animal behavior, I enjoy dancing, traveling, and spending time with my humans.
